Presenter/Instructor: Author and speaker Sondre Nordberg is a former top level biathlete form Norway. He attended the Norwegian College of Elite Sport in the same class as Olympic and World Champion Tarjei Boe. He holds the Norwegian record in several shooting tests. He is also the owner of Norway's most popular biathlon blog. He is devoted to improving the performance of biathletes through Dry Fire Training and mental preparation.

Nordberg was the key note speaker at the Kvalfoss Sprint in January 2013. He has a unique insight into the importance of Dry Fire Training and Mental Preparation from his extensive work in the area, and he is considered one of Norway's most competent experts in this field. Nordberg also coaches several high level biathletes.

Nordberg is the author of the groundbreaking book Torrtrening (Dry Fire) Training for Biathlon, a book that focuses on improving all aspects of biathlon shooting through Dry Fire Training. No matter what aspect of the shooting process you need to improve this book will give you the Dry Fire workout you need. The book provides a thorough, easy to understand step by step guide to perfect prone and standing positions. The book also covers everything you need to know about mental training and optimal mental preparation before competition and training, and also a wide range of shooting tests to measure your progress from the Dry Fire training. An English version of the e-book is available on-line.

“Sondre Nordberg is an engaging speaker who brings forward the important points of Dry Fire Training, his training is about recognizing development opportunities, to figure out what needs improvement and implement the training that is needed, so results on the shooting range become strong\'\'
